Empower Hockey is an on-ice program developed to help hockey players of all ages and ability levels master their skating skills to become more effective and competitive players on the ice. Have you ever watched figure skating and wondered how they have so much speed and control while performing such difficult moves? Empower Hockey has the secret and we are here to make you the best skater you can be!
It's simple, after decades of teaching figure skaters we have the tools to teach quality skating and edge work. Our expertise allows us to give hockey players the "edge" they need to be able to skate faster and with more control and agility. We began this program after receiving so many requests from hockey players, coaches and parents who recognize that their skating performance is lacking. Empower Hockey is here to help bridge the gap and provide quality and targeted skating instruction geared towards hockey players.
When you join our classes you will spend your time 100% focused on strengthening your skating. We will teach you proper technique using a wide range of drills and exercises that are specifically designed to meet the needs of hockey players at all levels. We look forward to working with you!
